The platform has been easy to use and implement, and the process of gathering reviews is relatively painless with Okendo. The billing and support have been the biggest issues, otherwise I would give 5 stars. We've been using Okendo for a few months now, and the onboarding process was a bit clunky. Okendo Support has been helpful answering our technical questions and dealing with billing issues, but it has been an imperfect process. Thankful for the Okendo platform, but it hasn't been an easy launch.
Very disappointing experience. They were helpful when they wanted our business and onboarding was fine, but after using Okendo for over a year, the ongoing support has been extremely frustrating.
We reported serious issues with points, store credits, refunds, and tax-inclusive calculations. Okendo acknowledged the bug and promised a fix within 2–3 weeks. Three months later, it’s still unresolved, with no meaningful update despite repeated follow-ups.
For an app handling customer money and rewards, this is simply not good enough.
I do not recommend this app.
Strong Loyalty & Referral Platform with Excellent Account Support
Our experience with Okendo has been very positive. The platform has helped us manage our loyalty and customer referral programs across multiple Shopify stores, and the support we receive from the account and product teams has been a major advantage.
