Redo

I have liked using Redo Returns and the email/SMS add on. I was having issues with my deliverability when emailing directly out of Shopify and Redo solved that.

Cade provided great customer service today on an order issue. I appreciate that Redo is always happy to help and make adjustments to their product as their customers ask + need it!

Redo has been incredible to work with. Their onboarding and post go live support are truly extraordinary. August is an absolute rock star. His responsiveness, extensive product knowledge, and thoroughness are exactly what we look for in a long term partner. Every body else we have worked with, including James in support, Mitch and Tyler in sales, are all cut of the same cloth. There clearly appears to be a culture of exceptionalism at Redo that is a breath of fresh air. Other companies in the space need to take note and watch out because Redo is going to eat their lunch. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you're looking for new tech on the returns and post purchase side of your business. The product design is intuitive and easy to use and is not only already ahead of other "industry leaders", but continuing to improve and innovate.

We have just recently gone live and are hopeful that the first year will be a continuation of what we've experienced so far.

JY Ferry provided extremely quick and cogent support, after we had questions regarding the recent pricing scheme changes. Overall, Redo has been a time and money saver for us, even though we only use it for returns and exchanges. We're a small company, so when a customer (or one of our employees) uses Redo to initiate a return, it saves us time and effort better spent elsewhere.

I do wish that discounts used in the original order would be automatically applied to exchanges, but that is my only suggestion. Otherwise, the service works great and their customer service is admirable.
