All Shopify store owners should use Blockify Checkout! We were getting hit with a lot of fraudulent orders from free downloadable items and Blockify Checkout stopped it. Just recently scammers are sending in fraudulent orders to us for pickup orders at our facility and over the weekend I contacted Blockify Checkout and Enola helped us set up the conditions to stop that. I have been getting HAMMERED by bots using my checkout to test credit cards. This has been causing fraudulent profiles in my Klaviyo account and each one costs me money - I've had thousands created! I installed Blockify but had trouble getting started with it. I pinged chat support and - Anna to the rescue! She determine the best option for my situation based on data from my store. We installed the checkout customizer and Anna created a rule for me that makes total sense. We'll check in on this in a couple of days. I'm optimistic that this will stop the fraudulent profile madness. Fantastic customer support provided by Anna!

This app was easy to install and I was able to quickly get my questions asnwered. We just started using it, but so far it has been succesful in blocking orders from a chronically fraudulent "customer". Customer service was quick and helpful.
