We had been putting off the WhatsApp Business API because it sounded complicated, with Meta approval, template setup and integrations to sort out. Zoko made the whole process simple, and a big part of that was Aaquib, who guided us at every step. He walked us through Meta Business verification, helped us get our number approved and templates submitted, and patiently answered every question, big or small. Whenever we got stuck, he was quick to respond and never made us feel like we were asking too much. The platform itself is just as good: the shared team inbox lets our whole team handle customer chats from one dashboard, template management is straightforward, and broadcasts and automations like order updates and abandoned cart reminders save us hours every week. It also integrates smoothly with our tools, so our customer data stays in sync. Since switching, our response times are faster and WhatsApp has become a real driver of engagement and sales for us. If you want to use the official WhatsApp API without the technical headache, we highly recommend Zoko, and a special thanks to Aaquib for his support and guidance!
We’ve been really happy with Zoko so far. The platform works well for our WhatsApp needs, but what really stands out is their customer support. The team responds quickly and is always helpful when we run into any questions. A very positive experience overall!
They increased the plan pricing without notice and you have no choice but to accept it. When you downgrade the plan, their conversation charges skyrockets. Not worth the cost.
