When I first noticed the unexpected USD 39.95 charge, I was honestly very worried and scared. As a student, this was a significant amount of money for me, and it caused a lot of stress for me and my family. At first, I didn't know what to do.
I contacted Shopify Support, and they carefully reviewed my case. They explained that the payment had been collected on behalf of the app developer and advised me to contact the Easy Ads support team through the Get Support option. They also documented my situation and assured me that they would follow up if needed.

You patiently reviewed my screenshots, verified my account, and took the time to understand that I had not intentionally continued the subscription and that I had uninstalled the app immediately after discovering the charge.
