We have been using CPS for about a year now and we are selling a TON of warranties! This is all extra money on top of what we had been bringing in before, and our customers LOVE the option to protect their equipment investment for longer periods of time, and the coverage for repairs that the manufacturer won't cover under warranty. We have had great support from our CPS rep (Jason) and HIGHLY recommend CPS to anyone considering adding warranties to their product line-up!
Great program and great service! Integration was smooth plus the staff at CPS are very friendly and easy to get a hold of. This is a wonderful revenue generator as a many of our customers opt to add on the extended warranty.
