Ich nutze EasyReturns und eben auch EasyDHL. Die Apps sind smart gebaut, einfach einzurichten und dann laufen die Dinger absolut zuverlässig. Auch sind die Programme nicht überladen, wie man das von anderen Apps so kennt. Geboten wird, was man braucht, und kein Schnickschnack, der nur unnötig kostet. Überzeugt hat mich zudem der Support, der sogar am Wochenende (!) zeitnah zur Stelle war und mein Problemchen kompetent und zackig gelöst hat. Dafür von mir volle 5 Sterne!
Funktioniert tadellos. Sollte es mal an kleiner Stelle etwas haken wird einem druch den Support in kürzester Zeit geholfen. Wir nutzen die App in 3 verschiedenen Onlineshops und sind sehr zufrieden
