SKUSAVVY has a brilliant interface. It is easy to use and set up, and their layout builder with warehouse location mapping is extremely helpful. Unfortunately, because we operate with a mix of dropshipping and self-fulfillment, the platform is not yet fully equipped to support our dropshipping needs.
This program is amazing. It’s super easy to use, and every question I’ve had was answered the same day, which makes a huge difference. Nothing but good things to say about it.
This app is.. just fantastic. So well programmed, though there are a few things that take some learning to find. It's simple and frankly beautiful to look at and use. The app itself is an easy 5 stars.
I have to take one star off for support though. The only way to get support is through the ticket system, and it can take days to get a response on even simple questions. That makes it a bit harder to dedicate our operations to this WMS with the uncertainty of how solid this operation is and how long they will remain in business.
I will amend this review down the road if ticket response times improve.
