The “Use the product image from each order” feature is not working correctly.
When this option is enabled, the actual product image from the Shopify order is not displayed in the WhatsApp message. Instead, it only shows a generic placeholder image.
This is an important feature for our workflow, since customers should be able to immediately identify the product associated with their order.
Please investigate and fix this issue. The option is available and can be enabled, but it currently does not work as expected.

Can you please contact support ("Get Support" in the app) so we can triage & provide direct support?
A note on what you're seeing: when we are unable to retrieve the product image, we fallback to a generic image to make sure that your message is sent and the sale opportunity is preserved. We will look into why the product image could not be retireved.

In order management it is missing an option to send a message for local pick up. Something like - Your order #1234 is ready to be picked up at this and this location + opening hours.
Currently it sends a message that says "Your order has been shipped", which customers find confusing.
