Auglio has been a great addition to our website, and given our customers more confidence shopping and trying on our products before purchasing. The app customer service has also been proactive in letting us know when new features are rolling out, and installing them for us quickly and without issue. Highly recommend!
Auglio is probably the best VTO in the market. Easy to set up and helpful customer service. The system makes it easy to order the 3D products, just need 2 images for the basic 3D.
The key factor that made us choose Auglio is that their technology detects automatically the PD of the user, although is an approximate, is good enough and can be manually adjusted to.
The latest 2026 feature that detect and delete the physical real glasses replacing them with the virtual ones is absolutely impressive. Great job Auglio.
Experiência extremamente decepcionante.
Contratei o plano pago e o valor foi devidamente cobrado. Após várias horas em contato com o suporte da Shopify e da Auglio, a própria Shopify confirmou que o pagamento foi processado e recebido pela Auglio. Mesmo assim, a empresa se recusou a liberar meu acesso ao aplicativo e também não ofereceu reembolso.
Fiquei sem acesso ao serviço pelo qual paguei e sem uma solução adequada após diversas tentativas de contato. Pela minha experiência, o suporte foi ineficiente e o problema não foi resolvido.
Não recomendo este aplicativo.

The charge was processed correctly after your 14-day free trial had already been fully used. The subscription was then canceled on your end. Please note that an active plan is required for the Virtual Try-On to work, and access is automatically removed when there is no active subscription.
Our support team also reached out several times with a detailed explanation, but the plan was not reactivated.
Shopify’s payment confirmation does not override the subscription status or grant access without an active plan. Unfortunately, it seems this may not have been fully understood, as the plan was never reactivated.
We remain at your disposal should you wish to revisit this in the future.
