Orice ar fi, nu folositi sameday! Aceasta companie este o gluma proasta, totul e jalnic. Preturi imense si ascunse, kg incorecte pe colete pentru plata suplimentara, customer support 0, livrari foarte lente, aplicatie proasta. M-am mutat la GLS si e mai bine de 100 de ori.
update la reply: prin xConnector pot pune harta in Thank you page, de ce n-ati putea si voi? Este nevoie de email dedicat de reminder pentru cei ce nu au selectat locker, simpla mentiune in email de confirmare comanda nu e suficient.
Fara posibilitate de a trimite mail automat pentru clientii care au uitat sa aleaga locker, volumul de munca creste foarte mult.
De asemenea, era mult mai user friendly o harta embed care sa apara in thank you/order status, in locul butonului care duce catre site-ul sameday.
E bine ca exista aceasta aplicatie, dar degeaba daca nu are functionalitatile astea foarte importate acoperite

- Selectarea lockerului -
In prezent, in emailul de confirmare a comenzii exista butonul "View Order" prin care destinatarul este redirectionat catre pagina comenzii, de unde isi poate selecta lockerul.
- Harta embed in checkout -
Restrictia tehnica din partea Shopify nu ne permite sa inseram harta in pagina de checkout. Platforma Shopify permite extensia checkout-ului doar pentru abonamentul Plus si abonamentele corporate. In momentul in care cei de la Shopify vor debloca aceasta limitare pentru toate abonamentele, harta Easybox o sa fie afisata direct in checkout.
O zi buna!
De ce nu apare o comanda ca fiind livrata in Delivery status, ca la orice alta companie de curierat?? Apare doar Tracking added. O sa modific review-ul cand o sa apara.
