Over past year their support team has really striven to take care of any small issues that have arisen. Overall very few problems , reliable uptime, and solid support. We really appreciate them as a key partner in our e-commerce business.
The Flxpoint team are very responsive and helped us integrate production on demand vendors to our store. We try to route all of our orders via Flxpoint as it just makes the operational team life easier.
It is complicated during setup, but it runs very smoothly after you set it up properly, and support answers emails fast.
You can also do calls as well.
