As another user described, the app imported all my products for no reason and then I found out after contacting their help team, that you can't create new products in their platform. You have to create a listing manually yourself, and then "configure" it in Prodigi.
This makes no sense and none of their help guides are up to date - it doesn't say it anywhere on their website either and it's a huge waste of my time.
I was interested in this app as a pod from the UK. But they import all your products over from your store. I was informed you could toggle this off, and they do this if you want them to fulfil other orders. Firstly products are linked to other companies. So why would this company fulfill them. They couldnt answer the question why they do this. They also asked if my store was Etsy when my message quite clearly said it was a Shopify store. Uninstalled as I wasnt confident the experience would go well.
