Wir betreiben Cool Shoe auf Shopify und hatten das Problem, dass Besucher im Sortiment nicht schnell zum passenden Modell kommen. Seit Anfang Juli läuft TWWIM AI im Shop.

Was uns überzeugt hat: der Assistent redet nicht nur, er handelt im Shop. Filter setzen, zur passenden Kategorie navigieren, direkt in den Warenkorb legen. Per Sprache oder Text. Das ist ein anderer Ansatz als die üblichen Chatbots, die am Ende nur einen Link ausspucken.

Installation lief unkompliziert, Anpassung an unser Theme ohne Aufwand für uns. Im Dashboard sehen wir, wonach Besucher tatsächlich fragen. Ein paar Suchbegriffe waren für uns komplett neu.

Der Support ist direkt und schnell, Rückmeldung kam meist am selben Tag. Dass die KI in Deutschland gehostet wird und keine Kundendaten an Dritte gehen, war für uns zusätzlich ein Argument.

Klare Empfehlung.

Der Punkt mit den Suchbegriffen im Dashboard freut uns besonders. Genau dafür ist die Visitor Intelligence gedacht: sichtbar machen, wonach Besucher fragen, bevor sie den Shop wieder verlassen.
