Each request is saved with order number, timestamp and reason, a confirmation email goes out in 24 EU languages, and everything appears in your dashboard. On Pro it can create the Shopify return and cancel unfulfilled orders automatically. Exclude products from withdrawal by tag. Setup takes two minutes. Data is hosted in Frankfurt.

Ich habe mich für die App entschieden, da sie mir die Möglichkeit bietet, bestimmte Produkte via Tag auszuschließen.
Da meine Brand zu 90 % individualisierte Produkte verkauft, ist das wichtig, da sonst der Kundenserviceaufwand mit den Widerrufen viel zu hoch wäre.

Die App selbst ist sehr aufgeräumt, übersichtlich und einfach zu konfigurieren.
