Thanks, glad it's up and running. The cause turned out to be theme compatibility: your theme predates Shopify's app blocks, so the widget couldn't install itself. FlowWarranty now supports older themes, so any store in the same position is covered. Apologies again for the slow first reply, which was an email routing fault on my end, now fixed.
