Official myDATA Invoices (Τιμολόγια) and Receipts (Αποδείξεις) with MARK and QR, from your orders.

Customers enter their ΑΦΜ (AFM) in the cart. Company name, address and tax office arrive from AADE, then the official document issues with MARK, UID and QR and reaches myDATA. An invoice when they have an ΑΦΜ, a retail receipt when they do not. Ship with a courier and transit details go on that same document: one MARK, one charge, no new numbering series. Preview any document and correct the ΑΦΜ before it issues, at no cost. From 2 November 2026, issuing documents digitally becomes mandatory.

Χρησιμοποιούμε την εφαρμογή Timologio και πραγματικά έχει κάνει την καθημερινή διαχείριση των παραστατικών μας πολύ πιο εύκολη και γρήγορη. Είναι μια πολύ ευέλικτη και ιδιαίτερα αυτοματοποιημένη εφαρμογή, που μας έχει γλιτώσει από αρκετές χειροκίνητες διαδικασίες και χρόνο.
Αυτό όμως που θεωρώ ότι την κάνει να ξεχωρίζει ακόμη περισσότερο είναι η υποστήριξη. Ο Δημήτρης, ο δημιουργός της εφαρμογής, είναι εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικός, άμεσος και υποστηρικτικός. Ακούει τις ανάγκες του επαγγελματία, καταλαβαίνει πώς λειτουργεί μια επιχείρηση στην πράξη και προσπαθεί να δώσει λύσεις αντί για τυπικές απαντήσεις.
Φαίνεται ότι πίσω από την εφαρμογή υπάρχει πολλή δουλειά και συνεχής εξέλιξη. Είναι από εκείνες τις περιπτώσεις που δεν αγοράζεις απλώς ένα software, αλλά έχεις δίπλα σου έναν άνθρωπο που ενδιαφέρεται πραγματικά να λειτουργεί σωστά για την επιχείρησή σου.
Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στον Δημήτρη για τη δουλειά που έχει κάνει. Τη συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε κάθε επαγγελματία που χρησιμοποιεί Shopify και θέλει να αυτοματοποιήσει την έκδοση και διαχείριση των παραστατικών του.

Perfect plugin, also connects to AADE to create Timologio and Delivery notes so no more manually making the Timologia or having to pay for other systems. Support is 10/10 too :)

Πολύ χρήσιμο app! Στο κατάστημά μας με είδη διακόσμησης και έπιπλα μάς βοήθησε να εκδίδουμε τόσο τιμολόγια όσο και αποδείξεις χωρίς να χρειαζόμαστε πλέον την ταμειακή μηχανή. Η διασύνδεση με την ΑΑΔΕ κάνει τη διαδικασία πολύ πιο γρήγορη.

Επίσης, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ για την τρομερή βοήθεια από την υποστήριξη που σιγουρεύτηκαν πως θα προσαρμόσουν τη φόρμα στο brand μας αλλά και πως γραφειοκρατικά και νομικά θα είμαστε απόλυτα καλυμμένοι. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
