Cartwatch is an absolute game changer for us. We had bot activity that soared in the last month and shopify does not have a solution for this. We tried managing bot activity via shopify flows and it was hardly helping. This app saved the day with detecting and deleting bot activity so that our analytics are not continually harmed. My small business was being bombarded by bots that were going straight to checkout. Once these bots "started checkout" (they rarely complete checkout), my Klaviyo welcome emails were being sent 30 mins later. My deliverability score went from 99.5% to 42% in 2 weeks. Once I installed this, 4024 bots were stopped in one week and only 1 bot got through. My deliverability score has rebounded a bit to 54%. Hopefully it will rebound more before BFCM. This is an excellent app to add and the customer service is very responsive. Highly recommend the $9 per month.
