AgeProof shows a storefront age gate (one-tap or date of birth; the birth date is never stored) and backs it with a server-side checkout block, so a shopper who skips the gate can't buy. Every check is logged — verified or blocked, method, minimum age, country — with CSV export. Set minimum age, gate the whole store or only tagged products, and add region rules where laws differ.
