Excellent app and outstanding customer support

We run a plant nursery with a large Shopify catalog, and we needed a reliable way to prevent certain plants from being purchased when they can't legally be shipped to a particular state or location.

Ship Restrict has been a great fit for us. Our entire product catalog synced successfully, and setting up restrictions is very straightforward. We can restrict individual products by state, city, or ZIP code, and the ability to bulk upload ZIP codes is especially useful for us because some plant restrictions apply to specific areas rather than an entire state.

The app works with our Shopify theme and correctly blocks restricted products based on the customer's shipping address, rather than their IP address. We tested several different scenarios, including multiple restricted and unrestricted products in the same cart, and it worked exactly as we needed.
