Transformed my business! Exceptional
— Movo Novo
I have been using Airpower for more than a decade, and it's the backbone of our tracking infrastructure. I couldn't be a bigger fan. Whenever there is an issue, or I would like to have something new synced into my Airtable, the team handles is fast and competently. I wish everyone would have customer service like this!
— We Are The New Farmers
Made our life super easy with the sync features.
— iferi.com
I have used this app for 4+ years across different projects. I've also tried all the competitors in moments of frustration. In the last 12 months Airpower has come leaps and bounds and truly is an exceptionally powerful tool to leverage and enrich any kind of data to power your store. Support is on another time zone, but overall responsive. Rich, searchable FAQ and support documentation would vast...

Excellent app backed by outstanding support. We run a furniture e-commerce with ~7,400 variants and use AirPower as the backbone of our Airtable PIM — two-way sync of products, prices, inventory and metafields, including market-specific pricing. Setup is flexible and it handles a catalog of our size without breaking a sweat. What really sets AirPower apart is the support. I reported two edge-cas...

Easy to use. Great customer service

Amazing app, lets us create all kinds of custom processes with no code. Rock solid for years, no issues with uptime or errors. Highly recommended.
— Duchess Bake Shop
My experience with Airpower goes back around 3-4 years. We have used Airpower to sync data to Airtable and until some of the recent changes via Shopify's updates, it has sync'd pretty smoothly. Antonia and Daniel are responsive and helpful and really do a good job. Keeping up with Shopify platform changes would be a bit frustrating so I'm glad they are doing it!
— Evening Shade Outpost
I am very pleased with the help team, quick, friendly and to the point.
— Schreuder-kraan.shop
This app is a MUST HAVE for high SKU count stores. We manage about 500 SKUs and being able to sync the data to airtable for analysis, automations, and reporting is invaluable. I wouldn’t be able to run my store without it.
— GoGun.co
Very useful for maintaining an Airtable mirror of our Shopify product data. Highly responsive customer service. Variant images are not always added when new variants are added, requiring a manual update to add the images.

This app was wonderful to use at the beginning, but has grown progressively buggy over the years with support offering little to no help. It is also not being updated to work with changes Shopify is making and is becoming increasingly obsolete as I need to modify about half my inventory data manually since there is no sync between Airtable and Shopify for those particular fields and when asked, I...
— Atomic Flare
Not Powerful. I agree with the other reviewers; it works but if there were another app, I'd switch. Pros: nice way to manage inventory with tons of parameters. Shopify admin UI isn't built for bulk editing. This is. Fairly elegant and dynamic solution. Customer service is fairly responsive though slow (days), and their best-fit customer is definitely someone tech savvy and capable of problem solv...
— Bag List
Hey there! We used AirPower for a short period, but we found it to be so poorly optimized that it became a liability. Additionally, when we contacted customer support, the representative was extremely condescending, constantly talking over us and making our team feel foolish for asking basic questions. We wouldn't recommend using this app and using Relay once they come out with a Shopify integrati...
— Brothers Vintage
Didn't work for us, support was back and forth with scheduling but did not provide any tangible help, gave them access to Airtable multiple times, they couldn't address the issue while on trial but also nearly a moth after that
— AMTECH DIRECT
I am giving this a 1 star rating for now, as the app seems abandoned to some extent. This is a warning for new users. The support will answer (and is generally quite quick) but features and sync fields are slowly being deprecated. Despite the GraphQL api now being the superior api, there seems little willingness to support it. This means that basic fields such as product type is no longer support...
— Mærkbare
Airtable-to-Shopify sync doesn't work, you just get a bunch of errors. Conventiently, none of their videos or help articles cover Airtable to Shopify inventory management. Support is also poor and nonexistent. They claim to help you get up set quickly, but their team is completely unesponsive.
— Mahnal
I tried this app mainly because other review for excellence support, however that is not happen even close to me. Support is incredibly poor. They replied my email almost one day one email no matter how quick i replied to them. I would give it a try for 1 month. This app is far more expensive for $35. Other free app has a lot better support.
