First install in September 2026. Had some questions and issues, and with the chat Fenil answered everything and even added some new features and some custom code within an hour. Great!

Easy to set up and use, with great features and customization. Support is responsive and helpful. We'll keep using it for all our preorder and back-in-stock needs.

Excellent app. The stock‑status features work smoothly and the support team is responsive and willing to adjust things properly. The surprise bonus of a "low in stock" feature was surprisingly comprehensive. They helped refine the placement and styling exactly how I needed. Great experience overall. Very happy, thank you so much, Fenil! :)

My existing app was OK but a bit expensive per message so I decided to give this one a try. Firstly, the customer support experience was great, and most importantly, they were able to assist me with importing my existing lists from the previous app. Setup was also a breeze, it integrated easily into my theme. Useful little tool.

It is a pretty simple app. I had a couple issues getting it working but the team there jumped right on it and helped me fix my mistakes.

Nice Support, help us to clear the Problem with our Shopify Theme and the App is working perfect. Easy to handle it. Five Stars from us

Thank you, Fenil. Great work!

Installed this app for our store to handle back-in-stock notifications. The app works like a charm! What impressed me even more was their support team—they quickly jumped in as collaborators to help us fine-tune the button placement and styling so it perfectly matches our theme. Super responsive and highly recommended!

Great app and great support; highly recommended.

Customer service is excellent and fast to respond. We had one small glitch in the beginning which was fixed very fast and everything else is working as it should! We migrated from a different app and support also helped us import our info from the other app.

Easy to set up and helpful customer support - would definitely recommend

Great customer support!

In-stock alerts were exactly what our store needed. Now customers know the instant new shipments land from overseas, and the dashboard is super easy to use. Support was quick and helpful too. Couldn't ask for more!

Easy to use, clean, and simple. The support is great, and it has all the features I need. Great product!

Clear and simple setup with very helpful support for tweaking functionality.

The "Waitlist" feature in this Alert Me app works flawlessly. It offers flexible options to place the waitlist button exactly where you want, making it highly customizable and easy to integrate. The app itself is very user-friendly, even for beginners. On top of that, the support team is excellent. They respond quickly to queries and are genuinely helpful, making the overall experience smooth and...
