Siobhan and the team are very helpful with all our request and customisation, highly recommend.

— Scentroma

I have worked with Siobhan T. and she was EXTREMELY helpful. Very Quick to respond and when above an beyond. Helped me set everything up. 100% would recommend.

We've been using the AMP app for a few years now and it does a good job of looking after all Australia Post shipping. Impressed with the support in sending a very useful guide on how to update the Aus Post charge codes recently, which was a big help.

— Talking Hens

We have been using the Addition App for a couple of years now and whenever we have had an issue the problem was rectified pretty quickly. I had a recent issue with printing an international order and Siobhan recognised and fixed the problem quickly. Great customer service!

— Health of Mind Art

Wonderful app - makes the whole Shopify shipping workflow seamless with AusPost. In addition the team is very responsive to tech queries.

— Classic Cameras AU

Amazing support to fix an issue with shipping inputs!

— Timely Coffees

We've been using the Addition/AMP app for years, and enjoy its ease of use. The support has always been prompt and helpful - thanks to Siobhan for her help yesterday in getting me up and running again quickly. We'd love to see a few areas streamlined in the future, for example, being able to view/print the labels and manifest without having to download them. Look forward to seeing what changes th...

UPDATE 22nd August 2026 The new team, Siobahan and Anoop have got Addition back on track, with prompt support. Most issues are only very simple things, so by checking your mass's in Shopify and volumes in Addition, you can rule out most issues. Otherwise it's most probably getting the packaging correct for the dimensions of the item's you're sending. My advice is make the mass reasonably large, so...

— TVD (The Vacuum Doctor)

Very happy with recent support provided by Siobhan Turton! Great app and would recommend.

— EQUI-FIXT

A big thanks to the new team at Addition. Anoop and his guys have been great in getting the App back to where it was. Great service!

— The Heritage Perth

Helpful customer service!

— Sets™

Thankyou to the support team for their fast response. We had a problem making labels, but within 10 minutes we had a technician looking into the problem. Resolved within 20minutes. Very happy customer!

— Wagner's Rose Nursery

We use this app for shipping integration with Australia Post, but also for managing free ship thresholds. We cannot access the data in the app, every change needs to go through their support team. We have made a decision to increase charges with upcoming post rate increases - 3 WEEKS LATER we are still waiting for a response from their support team. Being unable to implement a change ourselves, an...

— Himalayan Dog Chews Australia

The App is clean looking and easy enough to set up and use. We have been a customer for over 5 years and its been a funtional, reliable workhorse. HOWEVER. Their custpmer support is appalling. God forbid you run into an issue because they aren't likely to respond let alone help. I've been going back and forth for 3 months over an issue and the only way to reliably get a response out of them is t...

— Gelatin Health

As of 17th March 2026, their support is non-existent. I have tried to contact them over the last 3 weeks and received one automated reply. Revised review to 3 stars. Surely you have better Customer Service than this??!! UPDATE March 2026 Support has dropped off considerably since handing over to new owners. Two of latest tickets have remained unanswered and their "Live Chat" is never live. Still...

— RXSG Australia

After 9 years of great service, just like many others, I'm trying to get in touch with Addition by AMP but it seems nobody is at home. What's happening? Where is Laura and Francis? NOTICE TO OTHER CLIENTS: Maybe email https://help.useamp.com/# and ask them. Andy

— TVD (The Vacuum Doctor)

I've loved the convenience of this app for a few years, but I think it may have become abandonware now :( I've been trying to get in contact with support regarding a change from Shopify that seems to have broken this app's shipping calculations for some addresses and not others, but they haven't replied. I'm hoping they see this and I can delete this review, but if they don't reply I'll be forced...

— PIRATE MIDI

Hi AMP. Been trying to get hold of support via email for weeks now. The Chat is turned off in the app and I don't know how else to get in touch with you. The support for your app was great when Laura was with you, but not sure what is going on now. Please contact us so i can get some help with changing our shipping rates

— The Heritage Perth

I spent over 10 hours trying to get everything working today and ended up losing business because of this app. No response from support at all. The app is clunky generating labels was painfully slow, often taking around 30 seconds per label. Customers were receiving errors saying their address couldn’t be shipped to, even though I tried everything. Some orders would work, others wouldn’t, for no...

— SWS Welding & Cutting

Absolutely terrible App. All shipping settings deleted overnight without warning and no technical support provided to investigate thoroughly. We are constantly getting messages from customers asking why we don't ship to their country (USA/China/UK) when we have been shipping to those countries for years. App is full of bugs and is now causing us to lose customers as there is only so many times you...
