UPDATE 22nd August 2026 The new team, Siobahan and Anoop have got Addition back on track, with prompt support. Most issues are only very simple things, so by checking your mass's in Shopify and volumes in Addition, you can rule out most issues. Otherwise it's most probably getting the packaging correct for the dimensions of the item's you're sending. My advice is make the mass reasonably large, so...
