We have been using this app for almost a year, and it has totally changed the way we handle orders. Not only does it automatically send POs to our suppliers, but it send it direclty to our QuickBooks. Saving us hours of manual entry and manual entry mistakes. Total game changer for our business. I would highly recommend this app to people using the Shopify platform but want help with automation.

Customer interaction is snappy and fast on the emails, longest I ever waited was about 12 hours (Sunday LOL). Great app for businesses needing to automate their purchase orders. Make sure to grab their API subscription so you can completely remove the human entirely from this process, and make it even MORE automated. Great app and functionality.

We've been using Auto PO since 2023, and like how they've been responsive to our questions about the app. One thing we'd like to see is a way to print product tags from the PO or somehow link to that function, since it would match the quantities that we've just received. And also an extra field for attaching surcharges to the total (similar to the shipping field). But overall the app is simply...
