I cancelled this app during my free trial period and they still went ahead and tried to debit my card. And again I have been charged a second month for an app that is not even installed on my store. Unacceptable!

Their own Help Center has referred to a “variation limit” for a long time and clearly explains that published product variants count toward the subscription limit. The pricing and product limits are not presented clearly. The plans are advertised as allowing 200, 500, or 1,000 products, but in practice the limit is consumed by product variants, not only by individual products. For example, one apparel product with 5 sizes and 6 colors uses 30 slots. This means a “500 product” plan may support only around 16 similar products, not 500 actual products. This is...

I cancelled this app during my free trial period and they still went ahead and tried to debit my card.

I am trying to cancel my subscription and got charged anyway. I canceled and uninstalled the app and they still charged my PayPal account. I'm sure it's a great app once you understand what yuou are doing. I canceled because I am still getting comfortable with how everything works. They still are planning to charge me every month.
