Someone installed this app in 2023 and company has been paying $720 per year since --- never used. They will not respond to my emails and will not cancel the subscription or refund even though I requested cancellation prior to being charged.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY. This App is a complete SCAM. IT DOESN'T WORK CORRECTLY. It does not pull marketing costs correctly. We've messaged customer service (Agent: Anthony) multiple times about this and they tried solving it but couldn't. And now they are just ghosting us. We do 30M in revenue and have 3 brands with them.
