Martynas is an amazing support helper! He helped me make my swatches bigger and make it so that when you pick a variant it shows on the product images. And not only that but he did extra work and went out his way to help me with my text on my progressive gifts. Amazing support five stars!

Very good customer support, very good app, and Domantas is the one that helped me the most, thank you Domantas!

Regimantas was incredibly helpful with setting up our bundles. He took the time to manually transfer and configure all of our bundles in Kaching Bundles and showed a lot of patience throughout the process. Really appreciate the excellent support, clear communication, and the time he invested to make sure everything was set up correctly. Great service! thank you, Regimantas!

I do not recommend this app. We are up to over 100 orders where the wrong size variant was forced on the customer when they chose the bundle. Their help team was extremely unhelpful in resolving the issue, meanwhile we are out several hundred dollars in return shipping expenses and customer service issues.

Extremely disappointing customer support. I was assisted by leva, she was telling me to use ching for customization even though I explicitly mentioned that ching does not help with changing custom CSS that was previously written by the other customer support member of kaching. In the end she decided to drop the ticket open and not answer the querry.

kas, açıkça belirtmek istiyorum: Bana yardımcı olunmuyor ve sorum sürekli başka bir konuya yönlendiriliyor. Ben koleksiyon eklemeyi veya değiştirilebilir ürünlerin nasıl kullanılacağını sormuyorum. Bunları zaten biliyorum. Size defalarca aynı koleksiyondan 2 farklı ürün seçilmesini ve yalnızca 2. ürüne sabit 300 TL indirim uygulanmasını istediğimi açıkladım. Buna rağmen bana tekrar tekrar koleks...

repeated issues with discounts not being applied on my site, the first time i reported it i got fed up chasing them, then it was quietly forgotten about. Then a couple of months later i started getting angry emails and phone calls due to discounts not being applied. Same again i keep chasing but keep getting fobbed off by them. Another angry email today from one of our long term customers trying t...

The app is nice and it's well done, nothing to say on how it works, but my 2 stars is because i think the app is quite expensive and also because i didn't increase AOV with this APP. So, i think their pricing plan should be based on the real AOV they bring to the store instead of make pay on what ? They developed to increase AOV, so let us pay for that if it does, because for sure in some cases it...
