Vinay is beyond helpful… makes setting up very easy. I didn’t even have to ask, he popped up on live chat and showed me that my rewards widget was covered by another widget. He fixed the issue himself, I didn’t need to do anything. Great service so far.

I’m sorry, but they’re not consistent. They promise changes to implement your company’s loyalty program, but that’s not what happens. They do some things, but not others, or you have to wait for months on end. I've been trying to complete the modifications for six months.
