Took the printed version to a trade show in march. Nobody could tell it wasnt done by a designer. The qr codes on each page actually scanned first try which i half expected to fail.

Our buyers used to email me spreadsheets and i would retype everything into Word like an animal. Now the products come across from the store already priced, and my wholesale tiers show the right numbers for each account. Buyers place orders in the file itself which still feels strange to me. More template choices would help.

The catalogs look genuinely professional the QR codes scan reliably every time, and letting customers place orders straight from the catalog cut out a lot of back and forth email. Cloud storage keeps versions tidy too. Two things on my wishlist, a proper bulk edit mode for pricing, and a wider range of fonts so the typography feels more like ours

Limited Features and Compatibility Issues The app lacks advanced features like proper product filtering and sorting. It also conflicted with other tools I was using, causing errors in my Shopify store. Overall, this isn’t a reliable tool if you need a polished, seamless catalog setup.

Poor for Large Product Catalogs CatalogAce might work for a few products, but as soon as I tried to build a catalog with over 100 items, it became a nightmare. The app lagged and often failed to generate usable files. I ended up giving up and looking for another solution.
