We're a two person team so social media was always the thing that got dropped first. This just quietly handles it in the background. We check in, approve what looks good, and it goes out. Couldn't really ask for more at this stage.

The chat feature is surprisingly helpful. We just ask it things like "what should we post this week" and it comes back with actual usable unique ideas. Feels like having a marketing person on the team. Really handy for a small brand like ours.

Signed up and had content ready within about 10 minutes. Didn't expect to get useful insights into our social performance that quickly either. Usually with these things there's a week of setup before you see anything worthwhile. This was pretty much instant.

The content recommendations are very useful. We’re actually changing how we approach our social content because of it. Wasn't expecting that when we signed up.
