cette application est top, ça fait longtemps que je cherchais un module capable de supporter mes variantes. Kristina, de custom price calculator, a répondu à mes attentes par ces conseils, la prise en main du calculateur. Je recommande vivement cette application.

— Scierie Belbouche

i had a small issue with initial setup and the team resolved it within minutes of my contact (was a me issue not an app issue) very impressed with product and customer service

— Cheap Blinds

This calculator is amazingly customizable. It did exactly what I needed and set up was pretty straight forward. I ran into one small snag and the support team was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions and fixed it quickly.

— WallBoon

Great customer service. However, I am not currently subscribing to this app. Perhaps in the future if they implement the feature I need, I will convert, however, for the time being, I am going with another option :)

— Printara

Apippa's Custom Price Calculator has been great for handling complex, made-to-order pricing on my wallpaper store being able to build calculators around dimensions, options, and colour choices without needing a developer has saved me so much time. What really stood out was the support. When I ran into a pricing issue, Shai jumped in quickly, explained exactly what was going on in plain terms, and...

— Little Abodes Interiors

Sorted out an issue with our website quickly and efficiently. Many thanks!

— Syne Graphics

We've been using this app for several years without any issues. Recently, we encountered our first problem, and the support team was incredible. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and worked with us to resolve the bug. We're very impressed with both the app and the excellent customer support.

— PORTRAY DECOR

Quick and friendly service, assisted me with ensuring my calculator matched the theme of my store and was appropriately customized for our market of clients. Each interaction with a representative has been productive and pleasant.

— My Store

We just started working with this app for our non-sticker items and ran into some issues during the 10 day "decide before you buy" stage. I reached out to support and they helped me right away. I will have these products live in a few days. The calculator has been a game changer with pricing as large-format printing has a lot of variables. I will update in a month to add more feedback as I get...

Horrible app. Never worked. Glitched all of the time. Changing prices is the most difficult thing to do. Avoid!

— EcoPakOnline

Unable to enter the app , charge the monthly and stays in that window , never loads post pay wall, its been over week no help from support

— Modern Memory Design

I find it very difficult to change anything. For any changes, I am at the mercy of the support team. Support is delayed as well. I am desperately looking for an alternative on shopify.

— EcoPakOnline

Mesi che abbiamo problemi e che chiediamo supporto ad oggi i calcolatori non compaiono sul sito, saremo felici di modificare il nostro giudizio una volta sistemato il problema.

— WOWstampa

The first time I contacted support, I was helped very well quick and clear responses. However, after switching to a new theme, my calculator stopped working. Since then, I haven’t received any support at all, which is really disappointing.

— Groendakmaker

The first year it worked perfect. The last 2 years I have had nothing but problems and no one knows how to correct them. Shopify and this calculator do not work well together. I really wanted it to work and gave it a really good go, but not any longer.

— Canada Eh1 Fabric

Can't even install an app due to an error, the support team has seen my messages but is ignoring them. Have never had such terrible support using a Shopify app.
