The Solutions Architect team and Mark in particular very quickly and clearly handled all of my queries. From reviewing our manufacturing process and introducing assembly BOMs with landed costs, through to discussing our Shopify and 3PL fulfilment approach using locations - Mark showed not only full understanding of the CIN7 system, but took the time to listen to my concerns carefully and offer wor...

Setu was very helpful in understanding the way the system works and advising how to trouble shoot if anymore problems occur. Solutions Architect team

Quick and clear onboarding, with fast troubleshooting and responsive support. The setup process was smooth, and any issues were resolved quickly. Looking forward to seeing where this software takes us.

The onboarding process at Purpink Gifts Ltd, Kenya has been nothing short of outstanding. From the very first session to the post-onboarding phase, every step has been handled with professionalism, precision, and genuine care. The transition into Cin7 Core has been seamless, and a great deal of that credit goes to our onboarding consultant, Nathasha Samooshi. Nathasha Samooshi is the kind of prof...

Jinesh has been a great support since the start, and the onboarding process has been smooth and productive so far. Jinesh has been really helpful and always responds promptly. The Shopify integration has been working well so far, easy to sync with Cin7.

We moved to CIN7 and it's been a great decision. The system is intuitive, handles our inventory well, and the new AI capability takes stock management to another level. Highly recommend for any product-based business looking to get on top of their operations.

Aman Solanki has been an outstanding resource whenever we've run into complex issues with Cin7. His knowledge of the platform is exceptional, and he consistently takes the time to thoroughly investigate problems rather than offering quick, generic responses. What I appreciate most is his willingness to dig into the details, understand the root cause, and work toward a real solution. He's responsi...

Very helpful advice and fixed a few queries that I had. Their new Solutions Architect team are happy to spend time helping out with any questions. Very good service and would recommend if they reach out to you. I spoke with Setu Dani.

We've been using Cin7 for several yearsl, and it's become an essential part of how we manage our business. As a small team handling inventory across wholesale, retail, Amazon, and Shopify, having everything centralized in one system has made a huge difference. I use Cin7 daily for inventory management, purchasing, forecasting, and reporting. It gives me visibility into what we have on hand, what'...

The onboarding group training scheme is fantastic and the support team has been very helpful since finishing the training, in particular Jinesh Shah, who is a terrific champion of the tech and has a very good way of working with teams to get up to speed.

Becareful here, We Have been using the Cin7 Platform for years and moved to the Cin7 Core platform from Omni last year. Their shopify app is a disaster. -Randomly orders will pull through Blank into Cin7. - Stock Just disconnects when it says it is connected. -This leads to incorrect stock values. - Bom Stock does not work, So if you have a Coffee Table with a base and a Top, this cannot be syn...

Buyer beware! We've been using Cin7 (formerly DEAR Systems) since 2022. Since being bought out, the cost of our subscription just increases with impunity. You think you're signing up at one price, but you're not. And the prices will continue to rise every year. I've been using Shopify since 2012, and no other third-party app has acted in this manner. Not to mention, since using DEAR/Cin 7, our...

tl/dr, we have a serious yet seemingly easy issue to fix. Support is in india (we think) and it has been impossible to fix our issue since cin7 was installed over a year ago. It has never worked for us. ----- We have been having a desperate time with cin7 core. We far preferred OrderHive which worked for us. Dear Systems bought OrderHive and shut it down, and we found ourselves talked into movi...

— kinkydevstore

Beware, if you try to cancel the subscription, your only option is to schedule a sales call. If you don't change your mind during the sales call, you are told there is a 30 days cancellation notice and you'll have to keep paying the subscription one more month. Of course the app isn't exactly great which is why I wanted to cancel in the first place.

— Soundbrenner

App is ok and does the essential functions of inventory management. Has lots of integrations. Its quite expensive though for an SME with a lot of tools that aren't necessary and the interface can be a little complex to work with. Support also need a bit of pushing to get to the heart of issues and responses can be poor at times. Reporting module needs some work.

— Girl And The Sun

Recently after the merger with Cin7 (previously dear system), the support and issues have increased. We have a major bug in product integration for last 5 weeks and still waiting for resolution. For them it is not a priority and no proper work around provided. Not sure if this is faced by any other customers. No escalation channel, no account manager support. We are a customer for last 3 years but...

— LuxuryPromise

Stay away. Invested in help in set up but cant get any help from CIN 7. Cant even contact support, waiting on replies on tickets. No phone number, no easy way to chat. Person initially helping disappears as soon as one subscribes. Overly complicated. Already searching for replacement

— Breedwell

The integration is clunky and filled with bugs. I started on this platform with DEAR & Shopify several years ago and they haven't fixed issues that have been around since I signed up. Some thing's work OKAY but for the most part I would avoid if I were you. UPDATE FEB 2023 Simple integration issues still plague Shopify / DEAR including the inability to sync HS Codes. If you're looking for an powe...
