We have been using Delivery Date Pro for over 6 years. Recently, we upgraded and added additional functionality. Anuj and his team had to be on-call to help with the roll-out. There were a few glitches, however, they were available and got everything working quickly. I highly recommend this APP and the Zestard team.

While it's only been up for less than a month, the support team was fantastic at helping us with setting up the calendar since it required coding. They even matched our fonts and colors to fit the rest of the website so it appears seamless!

After introducing the app, I continued to receive support for about a month. They responded to our various requests. It was especially helpful because the development side responded to the parts that required coding.

I couldn't get the calendar showing on product page and despite back and forth, it seems like my requests/questions have fallen on deaf ears. Their customer service is atrocious. Emailed them "calendar still not showing", the reply was pretty much "we have implemented the code". I have paid for the ultimate version during trial period so I wanted to get it working, but in the end I GAVE UP.

If there is an option to rate negative 5 stars, I would definitely go for it. Reason - worst customer service ever. What happened - I sent an email regarding the possibility to customise the app to suit my need which is exactly the same as Aussie Meat.com (one of the clients in their porfolio). They returned me saying a separate app need to be developed for this functionality at a cost of $1200...

This app is a mess and the support is not helpful either, they treat you like an idiot sometimes. The app fails every week on different sides making our business to lose money. We are testing other apps to replace this mess

This app never works properly. We have it scheduled for two days ahead, and people can't order up to 5 days ahead which is detrimental to our business.

I will need to feedback after using it few months time, sometimes the app crashes and didn't able to load in the checkout page, then it affected the whole checkout process! This is a very big risk to a store. Please fix the bug immediately.
