Just dealt with Ian and he was a huge help. I am so thankful for his expertise. He knew exactly what to do to solve my issue. It's working great- thanks again!!

This is now an updated review, Ian at Fileflare gave me EXCELLENT customer service, fixed the issue I had and was so patient with my delayed email responses. He's a credit to the team, and I'd recommend the service.

They always get back to me quickly and are very solution-oriented. I definitely recommend them. The app is also very easy to use. They don’t impose download limits either; you simply choose a plan based on the file size. I did a lot of research for my digital products, and I haven’t seen another app that offers this much flexibility. I was looking for a secure app without download limits for my o...

UNA GOZADA DE VERDAD

I have been using Fileflare for over a year now and I really love how it works. I would certainly recommend this as the best app for digital downloads on Shopify. Also their support team is great. They listen to you and help you if you need customizations and it just works like a charm. You can also connect it to your own file hosting if you want or you can use theirs. Also their pricing is actual...

FileFlare does exactly what I need -- delivers download links to files automatically upon order. I self host the files to save on costs. FileFlare allows me to do everything within Shopify instead of needing an outside app. It couldn't be more user friendly. Also, the new blocks feature lets me see the unique download links that my customers get in their account pages, within my order page on Shop...

Excellent app and outstanding support We've been using Fileflare for many years to deliver ebooks and audio files through our Shopify store and have been very happy with it. Recently, we experienced an email deliverability issue, and the support from Ian was exceptional. He was responsive, transparent about the cause of the problem, kept us informed about the fix, and followed up afterward to ma...

I've been extremely happy with the support from Fileflare. Their customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly, provide personal support (no bots!), and you always communicate with the same person, which makes the whole experience so much easier. What impressed me most is that they don't close your support request until you're completely satisfied and everything is working exactly as it s...

Have been using the app for 3 years. It's been amazing. The app is very well designed and the features are very useful. I can see the effort of the developers. Very good customer support.

I’ve been using File Flare for a while now, and it’s a brilliant app. The customer support is exceptional! It completely solved an issue I was having with buyers sharing my PDFs—the discrete customer stamp feature puts their details right on the file, which stopped sharing in its tracks. Highly recommended!

This app has a nice, clean interface, and the team behind it helped with our questions on setup and even added our product features to their requests, so we are so far happy with how it works!

Incredible customer service. (Especially if you want to switch services.) I switched from Pendora because Pendora stopped sending emails without warning, leaving a huge backlog of unsent products... it was a disaster. Worse still because Pendora has no "export as CSV" function. When I switched to Fileflare, the customer service team (Ian specifically) helped track down everyone who hadn't got th...
