Half-baked software – Wasted hours with support I installed and used this app for 3 days. My verdict: the software is completely half-baked. I only created 2 fairly simple campaigns, and in both cases, I had to spend hours chatting with support just to get basic features to work. Can't choose a plan. "Chat with us" doesn't work. Tried to create a discount, it told me I needed to upgrade but provided no options or the ability to upgrade. Crap, crap and more crap.

If you want to offer massive discounts, you must double-check that you don't have any active discounts, because the customer can duplicate them. Also, once the campaign is created, it cannot be paused. Furthermore, I uninstalled the app and it still affected product prices. Be very careful when installing this app; it's very intrusive.
