Porfavor no descarguen esta app. Te hacen cobros que no corresponden, contactas con ellos y te faltan al respeto, además de poner excusas. Shopify debería eliminarla de la Shopify App Store. Wish I could give -10 stars. Stay away from these mafias. Worst experience ever. This App is disgusting, It costed $317 for just two orders in the name of chargeback prevention. Stay away, do not use this service. I really doubt their 5 star reviews as well (Anyone can buy those reviews nowadays).

The store went down due to a hold, so I notified Disputifier that I wanted to disconnect the store. That was possible, but chargebacks continued for the first 7 days. Absurd, of course. The worst app ever, they accept an automatic refund from a buyer that claimed a custom order that was successfully delivered as fraudulent without investigation or hearing my side of the story and they claim the can’t do anything about it and they charged us extra $17 don’t rely on them they are SCAM.
