excellent service, these guys know how to help their customers and they are very reliable. i accidentaly made 2 payments and after telling them they refunded me the money instantly. So in 1 sentence: reliable and the app works as it needs to work.

The perfect app!

So nice to build out a store completely and use this app to build the next one even faster :)

Easy to use as I am part of the Insaka community as was assisted all of the way. Warrick and his team at Insaka were amazing

Easy to use, can recommend.

create app for making backups works very well and is easy to use

Duplify is a life + time saver!
— Spark Shop
We happily used the app for months and while mostly it worked fine, their dev team makes big changes to functionality without warning. So if you're using this as part of your business then expect problems to arise. Their latest changes renders the app entirely unfit for our purpose and despite us asking for them to roll back to a previous feature (which worked perfectly), we now have had no option...

I purchased the plan for 2500 products for €179. My products have around 100 variants on average. After transferring only 10 products, the process stopped with a message saying that the daily limit of 1000 product variants had been reached. According to the message, I would only be able to transfer another 1000 variants the next day. This limitation was not mentioned anywhere when I selected and...

when it works, it's great. but sadly.. there's no free trial, and the support is very very slow. I'm still trying to solve an issue which involved the complete inability to export a theme (which is the whole reason i used the app). this means you end up paying $99 usd up front for a broken app, and then ultimately would have to just dispute this if it doesnt work out as advertised. I'll change my...

The product description is misleading. There's no free export option, not even a single-product store. It's a waste of time.
— Schaber
— Dr.Melaxin
Useless app
— Armaz
This app works worse than the default Shopify feature to download themes (including products) than the $79 Duplify subscription plan. I do not recommend it, it's a waste of money. The features do not work, I ask Shopify developers to pay attention to Duplify in their App Store Shopify
