We had an issue with a conflicting tag that we hadn't realized would cause a problem. Easy Search's engineers reviewed the issue within a few hours - and on a weekend! They told us the culprit and suggested what needed to be changed. Rock on, Easy Search! Your engineers and customer service rock. Customer service checked in a couple days later to offer further support, if we hadn't fixed the issu...

Powerful vehicle search that works well once set up. We hit a snag getting products to show, and the support team was responsive and pointed us straight to the fix. Happy with the app and the help

Super useful app. I run an American Auto-Parts site in Switzerland and there are limitations to the standard shopify product selection functions. So, we have been using YMM -EasySearch for some time. Excellent product, easy to set up and maintain, but makes finding our products so much easier for our customers. Great support team as well, very responsive and solve any issues with great professiona...

— KPY Auto

Customer service team has always been excellent to work with. We've used the dropdown menu for our automotive businesses on 5+ shopify stores, and it has worked flawlessly with one of quickest responding customer service teams of any apps that we've worked with.

— JS Ultimate Sounds

Great app, top notch customer service - they were available day and night to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

— Performance Parts Canada

Suddenly it became unusable.

— Bixpy-Japan

While the app delivers the visual appeal and functionality we were aiming for, its handling of CSV files is a major drawback. The inability to upload new CSVs without overwriting existing data severely limits scalability. Additionally, the export function produces proprietary structured data that’s impossible to work with, making it frustrating to match or update product information efficiently. I...

You can not even get into the app it just takes you to an upgrade page So much for a free trial Literally the worst app i have even seen

— Novaa Gear

This app has never worked correctly. We have tried customer support and no one seems to know what’s wrong with it. Year make model will show 15 different vehicles and products that are not related to your search. We really wanted this to work. But they blame Shopify instead of fixing the issues.
