We transitioned from inkFrog to CedCommerce for eBay and it has been the most seamless integration I have experienced yet. Both Rishu and Sahil are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any questions I have had, even if the questions seem ridiculous. The app did not work as expected as it left out the descriptions for over 900 products. I uninstalled the app and contacted the developer for a credit as I had not been charged. Was only interested in fixing it, when it was clear it didnt work as expected. Now he wont give the credit. Shopify CANNOT give the credit only the developer can! Developer closed the ticket without providing the credit!...

Dropping my review down to 2 stars. After YEARS of using this app and really promoting it to my industry at large, I'm just fed up and over the app now. Customer support is still fine but the app really not capable of managing large unique skus. It often doesn't sink properly. App lists items that have been sold out causing oversells. App also doesn't have the right quantity for items causing oversells. App doesn't update price if a price changes when restocking items causing items to be sold at the lower original price. Support does not resolve any issues that denies that these problems exist.

Consistently sells out of stock items on eBay that are out of stock in my Shopify store. I have lost ability to promote listings multiple times now due to this services inability to properly sync inventory counts. Going back to managing two inventory services due to causing my business thousands in sales.

Overall I had been happy with the intergration. Customer service was fast and helpful. However they have tripled their price in 12 months with no warning, which no longer makes this a viable option.
