Extremely easy to use. Besides ease of use the finished product doesn't automatically sync with your online store, you have to sync each product at a time. Not like Other POD services where it will automatically sync up when it reboots and re syncs with your store. I'm extremely satisfied with Gelato.

The only provider I'm dealing with who actually gets my products to me with templates and mock ups I don't have to modify. Love GELATO. They are listed as my provider in all my descriptions. I give 3 stars as the customer chat service is unreliable and the AI chatbot is highly disturbing to say the least. It holds off to pass you to human support instead it persists that you share your issue with it, even if you dont feel comfortable doing so.
