Gift Card Hero • All‑in‑one

I felt compelled to leave a Review when an APP and the people running/working there far exceed my expectations. This Company and Arthur inparticularly went above and beyond to rectify an issue and deliver outstanding service and results in a timely manner! Fantastic!!

Greatest service i have ever experienced!

We've used this app for years. The crew is responsive about adding or correcting features.

great support thank you

Great app. It’s easy to use and has all the features we need to create high-quality digital gift cards. The customer service is excellent too. We had an issue with one of our card designs and Arthur responded quickly and had it resolved within an hour of us emailing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic help and amazing customer service. Delighted has made managing this complicated part of the business easy!

Amazing experience with this app and the customer service is the best out there! Very thankful for everything they've helped us with!

Funktioniert, wie es soll. Sehr guter und schneller Support.

Easy, no headaches, great support

We are yet to go live but so far the experience with Arthur has been incredible, he has helped through every step of the way. If everything is this smooth once we launch I believe there will be no issues.

I needed button colors updated and the team got it done really quick and effortlessly on my part. Great support team and the app consistently works well.

This app is so seamless and easy to use, making it the perfect option for our customers to easily purchase online gift cards! Arthur was such a huge help in getting this initially set up for us, and was always quick to respond with any questions I had or small issues that needed fixing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The app allows you to reuse gift cards and add balance to existing gift cards, crucial functionality that native Shopify sorely lacks, and has been a huge boon for our business. Being able to save costs on reordering disposable gift cards is huge, not to mention the environmental impact of being able to reuse plastic. App dev is incredibly responsive to feedback and committed to app improvements.

Been great, easy to use. Bulk upload features are a time massive timesaver for our sports club!

Very easy to set up and works exactly as expected. The app made managing gift cards much simpler for our store, and the customization options are great. Support team is also quick and helpful. Highly recommended!

We've used this app for years. So far, the only real complaint I have is that when there was a problem (which they were able to correct), I realized that they don't have enough support during standard US business hours.

Very happy with this app. It is such an improvement over the native gift card functionality and is easy to set up. The developer has been really responsive and helpful in making customizations for our page.

Support team was super responsive when we needed help. But more importantly as a developer. ITS CUSTOMIZABLE. They have an api so you can code a completely custom Frontend to match your design if you have the know-how.

It's an excellent app, but the best part has been Arthur and the entire development team. They've helped me a lot adapt it to our needs. Thank you very much. This is an updated review from March 2026. Arthur continues to provide excellent support, thank you very much.
