I really needed an option to have my customers agree to my terms, especially since august 2025 when the US cancelled the below $800 de-minimus tax free import threshold for consumers. Even after activating the ap on my shop with the Motion theme, the check box did not populate. I tried with shipping destinations in and outside the USA (where I am located).
