How do I remove this piece of rubbish from my store? Sorry, I meant to say garbage from my store. Do you bother to test your apps at all, or are you so in love with AI that you think it doesn't matter. The developer has come back saying I can turn off this app anytime, which again isn't true. Ever since you release AI bot, it's been nothing but horrific experience. AI bot assumes stuff and provides WRONG information to customers. Even after spending so much time and effort training, it still make mistakes. We had to disable AI bot for good.
