Amazing service!! Wanted to customize the appearance for the invoice. Within no time of reaching out, the team was able to add, remove and adjust all my requests. No request too hard. Don't think about it, this app and company are great.

For such a simple app - this app has soooo many issues. PDFs dont load, Tax not calculated properly, address updates don't populate, downtime, - we use PDF quotes and invoices every day for our B2B store - and I have had enough of the issues - I am changing to another app.

We have had issues with the app showing that customers still owe .01 after fully paying for their order. This isnt the end of the world but we have customers asking if they need to pay that .01, etc. so we reached out to invoice falcon support multiple times with examples of the issue, asking for help to resolve it and did not hear back so we have now uninstalled and replaced it with order pri...
