UPDATE: Had nothing but issues and glitches with this service, ai support being close to useless, not happy. Have to manually adjust tags for Inactive Subscribers, just stops working with no explanation randomly. So basically paused or cancelled subscriptions arent getting taged as inactive, which is pretty much what the service should be doing. Have to manually manage now, useless. This is way...

Terrible support. Total waste of time. Dealt with "Hena from solar," who has absolutely no technical knowledge. Instead of fixing my actual problem, she just kept asking the same stupid questions over and over again. Completely useless and frustrating experience. Avoid.
