Key Product Options, Variants

Had some issues with product options not linking, and without any warning signals to say so, was going on for an unknown period. However the guys were fairly swift to rectify the issue, and also gave us a refund which is always appreciated.

Support has been very active in addressing migration concerns when we transitioned to this app from SC Product Options. It is a lot cleaner, responsive, and optimized compared to the previous app which is great.

Absolutely amazing customer service, we were still on the old sc product options and they transferred everything over, including the option sets with conditions, and brought our legacy theme up to date to 2.0 super quickly. This new app is great as well, much smoother and many more options. Thanks again!

Customer service is very important, and they deliver very well. Lina and Axel are usually the agents I get on chat, and they are always patient and helpful. The app itself works very well, the UI on this version is way better than the old system.

Was not as easy to install as the Migration Guide indicated. Several steps were not as described, and then I found out I had a Shopify 1.0 Theme. I tried following the instructions for Legacy themes. Customer service is unmatched. They helped me set up 3 different web stores that all now use Keystone Product Options. They were attentive, easy to work with and communicated changes in a way that was easy for me to understand.
