Me han cobrado 1 año de suscripción cuando lo tenia quitado para que no me cobraran más. No me parece buenas prácticas y tampoco responden a los correos... No lo recomiendo

Tried out their "Plus" ($15USD/month) plan with the 2 week free trial and quit that plan before the free trial period ended as I decided to use a different app. Noticed that I was going to be billed for that plan for the month anyway 2 days before it started. Approached support whilst it was still showing as an upcoming bill to ask about why I was getting billed even though I ended the free tria...

I’ve been using Kiwi for over two years now and have always been very satisfied, but I find the recent changes to the pricing plans absolutely ridiculous. I used to pay $6.99 a month and could publish up to 100 size charts. Now the price has gone up to $7.99, whilst you’re only allowed to publish 10 size charts. That’s a massive downgrade for a higher price. As if that weren’t enough, Kiwi now a...

ZERO Star We had been using Kiwi Size Chart for a long time under a monthly subscription model. Recently, we discovered that the billing appears to have changed to a pricing model based on store order volume, which resulted in charges of more than AUD 1,000 over just a few months. What is most disappointing is that we were not clearly aware of such a major billing change before these charges acc...

Be Aware!!!!! Do NOT install this app! Besides charging a monthly subscription fee, they also charge additional fees based on your sales volume. This pricing model is outrageous and feels like daylight robbery. Be very careful before installing!

We have been using this app for several years and were happy with it. Unfortunately, after accidentally upgrading our plan, we were moved to a completely different pricing model without any clear warning. We used to pay around $5 to $7 per month. Now we are being charged around $150 per month because the pricing is based on the number of orders. This pricing model makes very little sense for our...

Unfortunately I've had to change this review to 1 star. I have been trying to contact support for over a year and now I'm just going round in circles and no one is responding to me. I will now have to look for an alternative app. The team have put in a lot of work to get this working exactly as we wanted! There were some complexities when moving over to a new theme but they worked tirelessly to g...
