We’ve been using Koongo to manage our marketplace integrations and it has made the whole process much easier and more efficient. The platform offers a lot of useful options for managing products, prices and orders across different marketplaces. What we appreciate most is the support team. They are always helpful, responsive and willing to explain things clearly whenever we have a question or run...

Koongo is currently one of the best integrators on the market. Their support, especially Raül is excellent and very helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Tried there system and could not remove all the errors, so hired a freelancer and they still could not solve the problem. Did not get a trial and they took a months fee from us said they would refund our money then said no chance of A REFUND. So would NOT recommend this system unless you want to waste money and time.

I uninstalled the app before the end of the trial as I couldn't use it for anything, and I was still charged for the subscription. And what is worst there is no way to stop the subscription. I hope I will get the money back and that someone will help to cancel this subscription

— NaturalSleep.shop

still waiting for the support! someone need to read carefully and asnwer or no clients for you!

— Agatha Lilly Jewels

Worst support. This app do not make it easy for you to list on markedplaces in fact so many errors and bad support you might just upload your products to the selected marketplace, and update manually for each sales. Dont install. AND CMON 25 DOLLER FOR A FEED WITH NO SUPPORT!

— KamiZone

Very poor service. I have to hire an external party to help me to install the app. I am so frustrated that I am thinking about changing to a different app after the trial.

— PureGoatCompany

Koongo claims to help you sell on various marketplaces, but in reality, it's just a source of frustration. The app is ineffective in syncing product information, causing discrepancies that lead to lost sales. Customer support is unresponsive, leaving you stranded with no solution to your problems. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app at all costs.
