Does exactly what it says on the tin and support helped me with no wait. (Make sure you turn on the app embed!)

I have been a customer for several years and I cannot say enough good things about this company and their customer support. They recently went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful! Thank you again!! 10/10, and would give more stars if I could! They are super fast to offer support, and do an excellent job.

We've used Kudobuzz for over 10 years. They have grown with our business and always strived to meet our needs as we grew. They feel a bit like family. The customer service is fast and human, and the App looks great on our store. Plus, they can't be beaten on price for the features they offer. 100% recommend.

i think i'm in the same boat as everyone else. reviews are now locked behind a hefty paywall. for me, it's not worth the subscription price but that does mean i will lose access to all previous reviews and will have to start over again. i hope they will reconsider.

I have used Kudobuzz for the past 4 years to collect customer reviews, but since the free plan has been retired a few days ago, I have now completely lost access to ALL of the reviews I have collected over those 4 years unless I pay for a subscription. Even more concerning, I am also unable to stop Kudobuzz's automated review-request emails being sent to my customers unless I pay for a subscripti...

If you are subject to GDPR or any other data protection legislation, do not install this app. I had to spend several hours informing affected customers and consulting with the ICO to ensure I was meeting my legal obligations as a data handler, which was incredibly emba...

Most of the app works well but when to upgrade to get more features. That don't work very well you are stuck dealing what a chat bot that is no help. And they are closed most of the time.. We appreciate your reaching out to Kudobuzz customer support. Please note that our live chat is presently unavailable, as it is outside of our regular working hours. You are welcome to leave your message below...

Bad experience. Continued to charge even after I cancelled their plan. After i flagged out the mistake, they promised to get back at the soonest, but after 3 working days, they still did not respond. After checking with them again, they mention they are prepared to only refund the latest month's charge. Do be careful installing this app, unless you dont mind having your card charged monthly (even...

Doesn't work with 2.0. Says it does, but when you try to add a block or widget anywhere on the page, it doesn't show up. Using Dawn theme.
