So far my experience is positive, the store synchronization is good and the products are very nice.

Easy to use. I am waiting for the first order now to check the app!

— MIRAZIA

Excellent variety and elegant presentation of products by brand. I love the app.

— Alikers

A great app with European-quality products. Responsive technical support, nothing to complain about!

The app looks professional, and the catalog pictures are high quality. But a lot of products failed to import in my store, and I got no technical support. Contact option is only email, but no answer after 24 hours. UPDATE: My problem was solved after my review, so now everything seems to work fine.

— Nexilo

The application was installed 5 months ago. Support was quick to help me every time I asked.

— Labbeli

App is very professional compered to others, I cant not tell of the product quality yet, but shall be placing orders shortly and will update :D

Extremely unreliable – A disaster for any business! I highly advise against using this app and supplier. Their customer service is practically non-existent: they completely ignore urgent emails, and nobody ever answers the phone when you try to call support. What makes it even worse for a dropshipping business is their faulty system. The app fails to properly update delivery addresses—ignoring co...

One of the worse supplier i have. i worked with over 3 years and at the beginning it was great. the products were being sent to the cusotmer ASAP and payment are done and all. but then after reopening and having contract with them the new company that took over didn't answer any of our email over 50 emails. we had to close our shot. Refund over 29,000 Euros to our Customers. this is a total scam...

I just received a return from a customer in which they also returned the packing slip that Matterhorn enclosed with the order — which DID NOT list my business name. It was the VAT Invoice that listed my PERSONAL NAME, my PERSONAL ADDRESS, MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR THE ORDER. I am pissed!!! This is not the only drop shipping order I’ve placed with them, and j...

The app runs very sluggish overall. Even if you only want to transfer 5 products, it can sometimes take up to 30 minutes until they appear in the Shopify store. We have tested other apps under the same conditions – there, the process is completed in no time. The page loading speed at Matterhorn is also extremely slow. When you try to move from one product page to the next, it takes ages. And fin...

if you are just starting out please do not waste your time with this supplier. from the get go which was over as year ago, customer service was spotty, and as for the website it could be more user friendly with regard to updating items. I really hope that there is another European supplier that can fulfill my needs took months for my test order to be delivered to me and I'm pretty certain that on...

The app was so easy to install and complete all the necessary information. However, there is no admin support and I cant see how to place the order. I sent several emails without a reply. So now I will have to cancel the customer order and lose money. Greatly disappointed. I will be removing the app and all products from my store. A total waste of my time.
